"Count Me
In "
This
is a more developed John Boswell record than most of his releases,
but like most of his albums, it contains John's magical touch
on the piano and a lineup of beautiful compositions. "Reunion"
has a joyous feeling, and was re-released on Windham Hill's "Summer
Solstice". "Skye Boat Song", which features
Joanie Madden on whistle and David Darling on cello, also appears
on the hit record "Celtic Twilight".
Other outstanding compositions on the CD include "Do It As
A Friend" which features a wonderful fretless bass solo by
Dave Anderson, and the beautiful "Four A.M." "Count
Me In" charted on the Billboard New Age charts.

Reviews:
Amazon.com:

" If the eyes are the windows to one's soul, then music is
the soul of one's heart. The depth of this music provokes one
to not only listen, but rather to hear and feel the expression,
being ever transformed by the beauty."
Synthesis Magazine: "John Boswell has created a CD
which should appeal to contemporary jazz lovers as well as those
of you who appreciate fine solo piano work. This is definitely
one of those CDs you don't want to miss."
